Handling a variety of patient needs, including appointment booking, comfort calls, and dealing with sensitive situations. Youll need excellent empathy and strong IT skills to navigate systems while offering support, especially in moments of distress. Ensuring 2 x way communication with the call centres to ensure efficient operations. Accurate record keeping Driver duties: Conduct vehicle and equipment checks and safely transport clinicians to home visits where theyll provide essential care. You may also be accompanying clinicians into patient homes. Ensuring correct use of equipment and vehicles at all times.
