SOC 1136 is an eligible occupation, but we classified this role with low confidence (40% match). If the code is right — and Eton Bridge Partners Ltd is a licensed sponsor — it should qualify, but double-check the occupation eligibility rules against the actual role.
Our client is a FTSE 100 business looking to hire a Senior Reward Manager to strengthen, develop and elevate their Reward strategy including executive compensation while they are in a growth phase.
Our client is particularly interested in meeting candidates who have come from a Finance background, whether that be Financial Planning, Accounting or tax, and are interested in making a move across to Reward.
The role will report to the Head of Reward and will act as a strong No 2, responsible for the implementation of Executive Compensation frameworks, delivery of key strategic projects and oversight of core reward governance frameworks, to align employee experience with the business strategy, support the delivery of a performance culture and attract and retain critical talent.
The role will be based in Birmingham (3 days/week).
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong international experience and excellent financial acumen. A desire to move into Executive compensation experience is essential and exposure to broader reward would be beneficial. The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Birmingham.
Please note due to volume of applicants and time of year we will respond as quickly as possible. If you haven't been contacted within 10 days of application we are unable to offer you a call at this time.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 1136 going rate of £52,900. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
