General Assistant - Housekeeping

Hours: between 7 am to 10pm - 10 hours over 2 days -flexible , open to discussion.

The role of Housekeeper will be based at our Mayfield village in Watford. Mayfield Watford is part of a buzzing residential neighbourhood which includes facilities such as a shop, Bar and bistro, leisure club and a beautiful riverside park.

Mayfield villages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private homes and who pay a management fee for the upkeep of their properties and access to services on site. In addition the village hosts external customers and this role is responsible for providing a first class, positive experience for all.

The key purpose of the role is to provide the highest standards of cleanliness and service at all times. So, if you enjoy a wide varied routine but with the emphasis of keeping everywhere spick and span then this could be the role for you.

The Ideal Candidate

• Obviously, if you have experience in housekeeping that’s fantastic – but for us it’s not essential.
• We are looking for a warm, capable, reliable and discreet individual
• You will maintain confidentiality of owners, families and team members
• You will keep our villages looking immaculate for our owners and customers
• You will have the ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes
• Treat our owners with respect, and appreciate that you’re in their home, and need to do things their way, is vital
