We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Growth Manager leads the outreach strategy to attract new Participants to the UN Global Compact Network UK, the growth engine of the organisation and its impact. The role owns the end-to-end outreach function, building a prioritised action plan for the prospect pipeline and driving it through to conversion, with marketing experience used to support lead generation, content, and campaign activity. The Growth Manager also line manages two Outreach Managers and Participant Engagement Coordinator, providing strategic direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure team targets are met.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week). The salary offered is £45,000-£52,000per annum depending on experience
