SOC 2440 (85% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £56,500, and PDSA is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 1136 (Human resource managers and directors, If the role focuses on HR/organisational development change rather than portfolio management) or SOC 1139 (Functional managers and directors not elsewhere classified., If the role is a senior functional manager not elsewhere classified). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
