The key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing & Communications role will include:

Profile
A successful Head of Marketing & Communications should have:
* 5+ years experience in Marketing & Communications leadership
* A background in a service based, hospitality, venues or events company would be highly advantageous (although not essential)
* Other sector based experience that may be considered would include University experience, or public sector background.
* Strong leadership and team management skills - this role will manage an established team of 5.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
* Strong grasp of digital marketing best practices.
* Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
* Proficiency in analysing marketing data and generating actionable insights.
* A results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
