We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR Infrastructure team where you will be responsible for the day to day HR activities on the @One Alliance water contract.

This position is based in Peterborough, and we are open to considering both full-time and part-time applications.
As The HR Business Partner, You Will
- Take the HR lead on the @One Alliance Water contract, partnering with Operations Directors, Project Management teams, the client HR team, and Alliance partners.
- Drive successful performance management, engagement and retention strategies.
- Drive and champion a diverse and inclusive culture through project and people related activities.
- Manage sector talent review processes, and work with operational teams.
- Develop a thorough understanding of how Infrastructure projects are commercially viable and add value through people related activities.
- Work in collaboration with the Resourcing team to identify areas of skill shortages and create and implement plans to address.
- Manage a small team to support the HR activities.
We Are Looking For
- Proven delivery in the key areas of generalist HR including business partnering experience, coaching line managers through people related matters.
- A thorough and up to date knowledge of employment law, and experience of practical application of this in a complex business environment
Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills with a track record of building credible relationships. Resilient - able to face challenges proactively and comfortable dealing with senior management of the organisation. MCIPD qualified Learning and Development experience
