We are looking to hire an ambitious HR Assistant to join our growing team. If you are the successful candidate, you will be part of a small, ambitious, and supportive team, assisting with the operations and day-to-day running of the HR function. You will have the opportunity to support and manage some of our key processes and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Coordinate the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, right-to-work and visa administration, and employee records management.

• Produce HR reporting and analytics, maintaining high-quality data and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

• Support key annual HR cycles, including performance management, compensation reviews, and employee engagement activities. • Assist with recruitment administration, including interview coordination, candidate management, and offer preparation.

• Support HR projects and provide administrative assistance on employee relations matters where required.

• Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, delivering a professional and responsive service.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling employee data and documentation.

• Professional and approachable, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to employee support.

• Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks while supporting a collaborative team environment.

• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
