Duration: 6 month Contract to hire (possible extensions)
Location: Hybrid/In-Office 2 to 3 days per week - Cardiff, UK
Schedule: Standard UK business hours
Interview: 2 rounds
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience or strong HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of UK and Netherlands employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience applying GDPR and data privacy standards in HR practices
- Employee relations experience including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Experience coaching managers on performance, feedback, and employee issues
- Knowledge of benefits, leave of absence programs, and pension administration
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global HR team
- Strong attention to detail and operational execution skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel throughout the region (approximately 10%)

- Experience with Workday HRIS
- Experience supporting payroll processes and data management
- Experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and budgeting
- Experience with SOC and ISO audit support
- Multi-country HR support experience across EMEA
- Strong change management and organizational development experience
- Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence and shared services teams
Day-to-Day:
- Partner with Managing Directors and Country GMs on workforce planning and regional business priorities
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within the region
