You should have:
- Passed RN NCLEX
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably a secondary or tertiary facility
- Must be actively working full time in direct patient care
- English proficiency
- A desire to build a long‑term career in the U.S.
