About the role
Insight Global are seeking an IT Associate for a global consulting organisation, supporting frontline IT operations and delivering exceptional end-user support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
This position requires 5 days onsite per week in London, UK for a 6-month contract (PAYE).
The IT Associate will serve as a key point of contact for in-person IT support, providing a high-touch, white glove service to employees. The role will involve supporting IT Hub walk-up stations, configuring and deploying hardware, assisting with application setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing service tickets to ensure a seamless user experience.
Must-Have Requirements Include:
- Previous IT support experience within a professional environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using IT ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow
- Device imaging and deployment experience, preferably with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with application setup and configuration
- Knowledge of Active Directory, including password resets, account unlocks, and basic user administration
- Experience supporting and managing iOS mobile devices through MDM solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide hands-on, customer-facing technical support
