We're looking for an experienced IT Business Partner to support our Digital Industries Automation business in Great Britain and Ireland. Working closely with business leaders, you'll find opportunities to improve performance, simplify processes and drive digital transformation through technology-enabled solutions.

You'll play a key role in aligning business needs with IT strategy, helping deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business value.

How You'll Make An Impact

Build trusted relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders, developing a solid understanding of their priorities, challenges and opportunities.
Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Support the development of business transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives.
Find opportunities to improve performance through data, automation and AI, helping teams adopt new technologies and ways of working.
Promote the use of existing global platforms and capabilities, challenging unnecessary complexity and ensuring new solutions are introduced only where they add clear business value.
Challenge complexity, simplify processes and improve the overall user experience.
Shape and prioritise technology demand, ensuring investment is focused on the highest-value opportunities.
Develop business cases and coordinate the right expertise, products and services to support delivery.
Support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives and track the value delivered to the business.

Essential

What You'll Need

Significant experience in a business-facing IT, digital transformation, technology or consulting role.
Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and influencing skills within a matrix environment.
Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and business value.
Good understanding of digital transformation, process improvement and organisational change.
Experience identifying opportunities to improve business performance through data, analytics, automation and AI.
Ability to communicate complex technology, data and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Broad understanding of enterprise technology, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and workplace technologies.
Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with experience developing business cases and recommendations.

Desirable

Knowledge of Siemens Digital Industries' business operations and processes.

Experience leading or supporting digital transformation, data, analytics or AI initiatives.

Experience within sales, service or project execution environments.

Knowledge of business process optimisation, standardisation and simplification.

Familiarity with Agile, product management or portfolio management approaches.

Experience working with global delivery teams and shared service organisations.

Experience delivering digital technology projects using Agile methodologies.
