We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join our small team in Liverpool.
As a strategic partner in our organisation, the Learning and Development Manager will lead the design and delivery of learning strategies that empower employees to perform at their best, adapt to change, and grow professionally.
This role also involves leading a high-performing team and aligning learning initiatives with business priorities to ensure our workforce is equipped for current and future success.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in designing and delivering learning strategies that align with business goals and future workforce needs.
You’ll be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, managing complex projects, and embedding a culture of learning across the business.
Experience in leveraging digital platforms and emerging trends to deliver scalable, modern learning experiences is key.
You’ll promote a culture of continuous learning, embrace innovation, and build strong, trust-based relationships across the business.
You will hold a minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification or have equivalent experience that demonstrates your ability to progress within a recognised professional development pathway. Ideally, you will be working towards or already hold Chartered membership with the CIPD, reflecting your credibility and commitment to excellence in the people profession.
