About the role
A prestigious City law firm are looking to hire a Legal Operations Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded firm in a role that sits at the heart of a busy practice group, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve service delivery and support strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading operational and process improvement initiatives.
• Supporting resource planning, workflow and team management.
• Driving technology and AI adoption.
• Producing management information, reporting and KPI analysis.
• Working closely with Finance, HR, Business Development and Legal Technology teams.
• Supporting business planning, projects and change management.
Experience in:
• Legal Operations
• Practice or Business Management
• Legal Support Management
• Legal Project Management
• Business Development within a law firm
Previous experience within a law firm is essential.
