About the role
Manager, Recovery & Resolution Planning | Banking | London | Hybrid
We are partnering with a leading global financial services organisation seeking a Manager, Recovery & Resolution Planning to support the continued development and delivery of recovery and wind-down planning activities across its European entities.
Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury and Front Office functions, you will play a key role in ensuring the organisation remains resilient, compliant and prepared for a variety of stress scenarios. You will coordinate inputs from multiple business areas to deliver high-quality regulatory and strategic outcomes, contribute to stress testing and scenario analysis, and engage with senior governance forums to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate recovery and wind-down planning activities across European legal entities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury and business teams to deliver consistent and high-quality outputs.
- Support the development of stress testing frameworks, scenario analysis and contingency planning.
- Prepare materials and insights for senior management and governance committees.
- Contribute to the interpretation and implementation of evolving regulatory requirements.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and support strategic regulatory projects.
Requirements
- Experience within Recovery & Resolution Planning, or related areas such as Capital Adequacy, ICAAP, ILAAP, Liquidity Risk or Treasury.
- Understanding of UK and European regulatory frameworks and prudential requirements.
- Experience working on complex, cross-functional regulatory or risk initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership and governance forums.
