MARKETING DIRECTOR
UK based B2B SaaS company is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Marketing Director to lead the company's marketing strategy and execution, helping to drive the growth of the business.
Reporting directly to the CEO and operating as a member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a marketing strategy that strengthens the company's market position, accelerates revenue growth, supports customer retention and enhances the company brand.
The Marketing Director will lead all aspects of marketing including brand development, product marketing, customer communications, demand generation, content strategy, digital marketing, customer engagement and go-to-market activities.
While the primary focus of the role is marketing leadership, there is potential for the successful candidate to oversee the Sales function, ensuring strong alignment between marketing and sales activities, lead management processes and overall commercial performance.
The role is primarily home-based with occasional travel to meetings, events and serviced offices in and around London.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 1132 going rate of £87,300. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
