As the United Kingdom Delivery Team enters its 4th year of working alongside the Peruvian Government in the delivery of over $5Bn of social and flood infrastructure, we are expanding. We are searching for an inspirational team leader to steer our Integrated Solutions Delivery Assurance team through this next exciting period of growth. 

In the next year, we will be supporting our client deliver a 5-fold increase in the volume of works compared to the previous year, with construction starting on 7 city drainage schemes, 17 river defence projects and unique reforestation and early warning systems projects.

• You will lead the design management sub-function accountable for performance, delivering an annual business plan outcomes to time and budget 

• You will be responsible for leading the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.. 

• You will be responsible for key client relationship management, including generating live prospects and leads.

You’ll need to have:

• Membership of RIBA,MICE,CIBSE,CIOB, RICS,CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.  

• Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the xxx sector. 

• Deep construction and consultancy expertise.  

• Knowledge of Building Safety legislation, Building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and Health & Safety legislation. 

• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.  

• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.  

• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on
