The Role
As a Transaction Services Partner at Queen’s Tower Advisory, you’ll be at the centre of high‑stakes, high‑impact dealmaking. You’ll lead buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence, provide commercial insights that influence investment decisions, and guide clients through complex transactions with confidence and clarity.
But this role goes beyond delivery. You’ll help shape the future of our firm - developing talent, building client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our transaction services offering.
This is a Partner role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain; to lead, not just oversee; and to leave a lasting mark on a fast‑growing advisory business.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Leadership
- Lead financial due diligence and transaction execution across diverse sectors and deal sizes.
- Deliver insights that drive smarter, faster, more informed decision‑making.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with private equity firms, corporates, and financial sponsors.
- Become a trusted advisor who clients turn to for clarity and commercial judgement.
Business Development
- Identify and originate new opportunities.
- Play a key role in shaping and executing the firm’s growth agenda.
Team Development
- Mentor, coach, and develop high‑performing team members.
- Foster a culture that is collaborative, ambitious, and relentlessly high‑quality.
Strategic Contribution
- Influence how we design, deliver, and evolve our transaction services offering.
- Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy, service innovation, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified accountant (ACA/CA/CPA or equivalent) with significant post‑qualification experience.
- A proven track record in transaction services within a top‑tier advisory or Big 4 environment.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- An entrepreneurial mindset - someone who sees opportunity, not obstacles.
- Experience developing, leading, and inspiring high‑performing teams.
