About the role
We are hiring for HR Officer – (Pay, Reward & Policy)
Location: Remote
- Hands-on experience in total reward, policy advisory, and managing centralized HR/payroll mailboxes to triage and resolve queries efficiently.
- Track record of conducting job evaluations (preferably using Willis Towers Watson methods) while maintaining meticulous business case logs to ensure full audit compliance.
- Direct background in pension scheme administration, employee benefits, and supporting Employee Value Proposition (EVP) communication initiatives.
- Proven ability to support the ER portfolio by scheduling complex meetings, coordinating diaries, and acting as committee/meeting secretary.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, data analysis, maintaining audit trails, and reporting on pay/reward metrics.
- Demonstrated agility in supporting wider HR, reward, and executive teams across ad-hoc reward projects and operational workflows.
