About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support for PGR operations within the Doctoral Academy.
- Providing front facing student support, including providing clear information, advice and guidance and escalating issues where required.
- Supporting the transition of new postgraduate researchers through registration and induction.
- Supporting student experience activity, including conference and poster events and networking activities for postgraduate researchers.
- Support the operation of the Doctoral Academy Hub welcome desk on a rota basis, acting as a first point of contact for postgraduate researchers and responding to enquiries.

- Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service to key stakeholders.
