As a band 6 PD Sister, you will support and deliver practice development
Act as a clinical and educational role model to all grades of nurses and AHP's within the trust
Support and assist confidence and competence building in recognising and escalating the deteriorating patient with junior staff
To work with ward senior nurses to ensure effective safety huddles in order to identify patients at risk
