We're looking for an experienced Principal Talent Acquisition Partner who can combine hands-on recruitment expertise with strong market knowledge and strategic stakeholder partnership to help shape how we attract and hire talent.

How will you impact?
As our Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Parser by bringing exceptional talent into the business. You'll partner with Hiring Managers and senior leaders to understand business needs, shape effective hiring strategies, and provide expert advice on the external talent market. Combining strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, you'll own the recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to successful hire.
