Experience
Essential
- Producing management information, reports and performance data
- Maintaining and improving business processes
- Producing guidance documents, templates and procedural documentation
- Using Microsoft Office applications and procurement systems to analyse and present information
- Delivering multiple end to end procurement exercises simultaneously
- Working within governance and regulatory frameworks eg PCR15, PA23.
- Supporting and influencing stakeholders through procurement activities
- Managing competing priorities and deadlines
Desirable
- Public sector procurement
- DHSC and/or Health Sector procurement
- Contract and supplier performance management
- Property, FM, ICT or Corporate Services categories
- Policy and procedure development and implementation
Qualifications
Essential
- Eligible to study towards CIPS Level 4 or equivalent professional qualification or studying towards qualification.
Desirable
- CIPS Level 4 qualified or higher
