About the role
We're hiring experienced recruiters to join BCL Legal in Manchester.
We're interested in talking to people with 3+ years' agency recruitment experience, particularly from professional services, legal, property, finance or other specialist markets. Legal recruitment experience isn't essential.
We have opportunities across three desks:
USA In-House Legal Recruitment
- The opportunity to develop a new desk focused on helping businesses across the USA recruit lawyers into their in-house legal teams.
- Ideal for recruiters with strong business development skills.
North West Conveyancing
- An established, high-volume desk with a strong reputation and existing relationships.
- A great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy a fast-paced market and want to maximise earnings.
London Private Practice
- Working with leading law firms across the City and wider commercial legal market, partnering with firms on strategic recruitment needs.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' agency recruitment experience
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- A consistent track record of billing and delivering results
- Ambition and commercial awareness
