Marlborough House is a bedded Care Home Situated in Church Crookham, this care home has been carefully designed and refurbished to provide a pleasant, comfortable environment ,which is well equipped for elderly people, we are a smaller, progressive and expanding company, where individuals can be seen and recognised.

As a Nurse, you will be required to:

· Ensure the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standards.

· Complete physical and psychological assessments of new residents on admission.

· Create individualised care plans for residents.

· Update care plans on a daily basis.

· Safely administer medication and keep records.

· Liaise effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.

· Monitor and developing the performance of Care colleagues.

· Ensure effective rotas are in place.

 

You will also be required to:

· Register with the relevant professional bodies.

· Maintain professional knowledge and competence.

· Complete mandatory training days and online courses.

 

Essential candidate criteria:

· Current NMC registration.
