Resourcing Advisor 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Colchester office

Hybrid Working 2 days in Colchester office 3 days from home

The Role: You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and screening assigned vacancies within our Senior Operations Teams. The post holder will deliver and guide on best recruitment practice within Care UK recruitment policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with key stakeholders including Regional Directors
• Develop and maintain candidate tracking systems in the ATS from receiving applications, screening, booking interviews to candidate feedback.
• Managing candidate to help build relationships to help develop Care UK’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Provide regular written updates to stakeholders
• Use of social networking sites and job boards to increase attraction of suitable candidates.
• Advise, coach and support Hiring Managers in the correct application of recruitment procedures and best practices.
• Implementation of new technology in recruitment practices to help improve candidate experience.
