I’m currently recruiting for a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer to join an established Technology team, providing advanced technical support to staff, students and professors.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues, improving IT services and supporting users while contributing to wider technology projects.
🔧 Key skills & experience:
• Extensive Microsoft 365, Teams and desktop support experience
• Strong knowledge of cloud, mobile, Apple Mac and business technologies
• Experience working within structured IT Service Management environments
• Strong Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure and Intune knowledge
• Experience with Azure Backup, Sophos Central, SCCM and PowerShell
• Experience with Asimut and PaperCut desirable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, organisation and prioritisation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A friendly, flexible and customer-focused approach is essential, along with the confidence to share technical knowledge, challenge ideas constructively and help drive practical improvements.
