- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.

- Collaborate with other departments to promote a cohesive and productive work environment.
Profile
A successful Senior People Partner Corporate should have:
- Proven experience in a strategic HR partnering role within the retail or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Adept at managing change and driving organisational development initiatives.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in coaching and developing managers to enhance their performance.
Job Offer
- Salary of £65,000 plus Car or Car Allowance, dependent on the level of experience.
