This role leads the R&D solutions design, proof of concept, testing, and potential integration of cutting-edge optimisation and artificial intelligence technologies that enhance patient care, streamline healthcare (including back office) workflows, and support the companys strategic growth and innovation objectives. Within your role, you are responsible for translating requirements into robust optimisation AI-driven features, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, with partners and customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable capabilities that meet the evolving needs
