We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Cash Processing to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.

The Vice President, Client Cash Processing team plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing client operations and reporting functions within BNY. This position is critical in ensuring that client service standards are met and exceeded by effectively managing client relationships and operational processes. By aligning with BNY's strategic pillars and principles, the role contributes to fostering a culture of trust, operational excellence, and client-centric service. Emphasizing collaboration and innovation, this position supports the organization's commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and operational efficiency.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Play a key role within Client Cash Processing team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.  Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred.

• Extensive years of client service and management experience. 

• Experience in payment operations.

• Experience in financial services operations, wealth operations and client service preferred.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams, with excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions. 

• Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and delivery of process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
