Ward Manager - MacGregor Ward

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ward Manager to provide strong clinical and operational leadership within our ward team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe and effective patient care, leading and developing staff, managing resources and driving quality improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, you will ensure excellent patient experience, effective service delivery and continuous improvement, while promoting Trust values and supporting the professional development and wellbeing of your team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse leader with a passion for patient care, staff development and service improvement to make a significant contribution to the delivery of outstanding healthcare services.

Establish, develop, maintain, monitor and facilitate the delivery of services at ward/departmental level, ensuring services provided meet organisational objectives, divisional service strategies and quality accounts.
