Legal is hiring an Assistant Company Secretary for its UKI Corporate Secretariat (UKI Cosec) team in London. The UKI Cosec team provide high-quality corporate governance and board support to Deutsche Bank’s key regional entity boards and committees.
The successful candidate will manage the "engine room" of the department, working alongside the rest of the team to ensure the statutory compliance and administrative foundations of our entities are maintained to the highest standards. In addition, you will have your own portfolio of boards and committees.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic and part/recently qualified Company Secretary to join an experienced and collaborative team. You will work closely with seasoned industry professionals, gaining exposure to complex governance frameworks within a major global financial institution.
