Paid Search Manager

We are hiring a Paid Search Manager to join Starcom, one of the world's leading media and communications agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape paid search strategy for well-known brands, helping clients connect with audiences and achieve measurable business growth. You'll work alongside talented specialists across media, analytics, commerce, creative and technology, with the freedom to test new ideas and embrace the latest innovations in search and AI. Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Lead the paid search strategy and delivery for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong performance and business outcomes.
• Translate data and insights into clear recommendations that drive growth and maximise investment effectiveness.
• Develop and implement testing roadmaps that explore automation, first-party data, AI and emerging search opportunities.
• Build trusted partnerships with clients, providing strategic guidance and identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
• Manage account performance across forecasting, budgeting, pacing and quality assurance to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with teams across media, analytics, commerce, creative and technology to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support and develop colleagues through coaching, knowledge sharing and constructive feedback.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong understanding of search strategy, performance optimisation and measurement principles.
• Confidence managing client relationships and presenting recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Interest in emerging technology, automation, AI and the evolving search landscape.
• Collaborative approach with experience contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining high quality standards.
