Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Media Manager, Planning to help shape standout B2B media work for Publicis Pro. This is a role for someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships, turning business challenges into smart media strategies, and helping teams deliver work that makes a measurable difference. You’ll be part of an integrated B2B agency that brings together strategy, creativity, influence and commerce to help clients move markets and grow with purpose. Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across a key B2B account, creating clarity, confidence and momentum.
• Translate business objectives into integrated media strategies that connect insight, channel planning and commercial outcomes.
• Own strategic responses to campaign briefs, working closely with planning colleagues and wider agency teams.
• Guide campaign planning across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, partnerships and other relevant media opportunities.
• Use data, insight and performance analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build productive relationships with media owners, platform partners and technology providers to bring fresh thinking to client work.
• Support and mentor team members, helping create a collaborative environment where people can do strong work and continue to develop.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

• Experience managing B2B client accounts within media, digital, integrated marketing or a closely related discipline.
• A strong understanding of media planning and how different channels can work together to meet client objectives.
• Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, programmatic and/or SEO, with the judgement to apply the right approach for each brief.
• Confidence communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, including leading discussions and explaining recommendations clearly.
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to support account health, retention and growth.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• A collaborative, curious and thoughtful approach, with an interest in the evolving media, technology and B2B marketing landscape.
