Business Development Representative

Location: London (Hybrid)

Onshape (www.onshape.com), a PTC SaaS business, is a SaaS Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and data management platform for professional mechanical designers and engineers. This team uses cutting edge cloud, web, and mobile technologies in their day to day, and are shaping the future of tomorrow. Your impact:

• Identify potential opportunities and spreading the word about Onshape
• Prospecting into and closing new-new accounts in the Commercial space, critical in qualifying inbound leads and generating outbound leads for Account Executives and fueling their pipeline and the growth of the business
• A critical role to the Inside Sales team’s success providing a direct career path to a closing sales role

You will be part of an international and energetic team within a multicultural environment where professionals from throughout Europe interact with current & future PTC customers from our brand-new offices in King's Cross!

Day-To-Day:

• Calling and emailing inbound and outbound leads
• Qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings with Account Executives
• Tracking leads throughout their buyer journey
• Observing Account Executive demos and closing calls

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Process oriented

Preferred Experience:

• 0-1+ years of experience in teleprospecting
• 0-1+ years of experience in a sales position

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in English is mandatory
