SOC 3544 (80% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £41,700, and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 2431 (Management consultants and business analysts, Business intelligence analyst role supporting strategic programme objectives) or SOC 2133 (IT business analysts, architects and systems designers, SQL/data transformation and BI work could be IT systems focused). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
This role is intended to support a Clinical Transformation programme taking places across BSW Hospitals Group. This role will be aligned to Salisbury Foundation Trust and will report to the Head of Information. The successful post-holder will work across BSW Hospitals Group and will have two equivalents based at RUH Bath and GWH Swindon.
The Clinical Transformation project is a high priority strategic programme being delivered across BSW Hospitals. The programme team includes senior operational and clinical staff but has a high reliance on good quality data and BI to support its objectives. You will work closely with operational and clinical teams across BSW Hospitals and will deliver analysis to support them on delivering this project over the course of the contract.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 3544 going rate of £41,700. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
