As part of an ambitious growth strategy and long term succession plan, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Finance Partner to play a key role in its next phase of growth.

💼 The Opportunity

Joining an established and profitable advisory business, you'll work alongside an experienced partnership delivering high quality corporate finance advice to entrepreneurial businesses across the UK.

The firm advises on transactions typically ranging from £10m–£40m, supporting owner managed businesses through:

• Acquisitions
• Company Disposals
• Management Buy-Outs & Buy-Ins
• Fundraising
• Strategic Corporate Advisory

👤 About You

We're looking for an experienced corporate finance professional who enjoys originating opportunities just as much as delivering exceptional client outcomes.

You'll need to bring:

✔️ A proven track record of originating and completing UK mid-market transactions

✔️ Experience advising entrepreneurial and owner managed businesses

✔️ A strong network of business owners, introducers, private equity investors and lenders

✔️ Excellent commercial judgement and relationship building skills

✔️ The ability to lead transactions from origination through to completion

✔️ A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others
