You'll lead strategic customer conversations, orchestrate complex solution opportunities, and collaborate across Microsoft and our partner ecosystem to drive business outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you'll help customers improve productivity, automate processes, and accelerate AI adoption through low-code/no-code solutions and AI-powered experiences.

As part of the SME&C AI Business Solutions team, you'll work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI Workforce solutions, grow adoption, and drive business impact. This role offers an opportunity to expand your solution sales expertise while helping customers transform the way they work.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Drive AI Workforce opportunities by understanding customer needs, building stakeholder relationships, and accelerating adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agents.
• Consultative Selling: Engage business decision makers across functions, understand customer priorities and decision processes, and position AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaboration & Scaling: Partner with internal teams, advisors, resellers, and system integrators to plan, execute, and expand AI Workforce opportunities.
• Technical Leadership: Lead business and technology conversations, share best practices, and position Microsoft's AI solutions against competitors.
• Sales Excellence: Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and manage AI Workforce solution strategy across assigned territories.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Experience in technology-related sales or account management.
  
  

OR

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with experience in technology-related sales or account management.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management.
  
  

OR

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, with experience in technology-related sales or account management.
  
  

OR

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related field, with experience in technology-related sales or account management.
• Experience in solution sales or services sales.
  
  

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 66,900.00 - £ 98,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
