This role may not meet Skilled Worker requirements

SOC 3574 is not currently on the eligible-occupation list, so a Skilled Worker visa is unlikely here. Check the occupation eligibility rules and confirm with the employer.

Worth checking: this could also be SOC 3511 (Aircraft pilots and air traffic controllers, Simulator-based training for Defence could involve flight simulation instruction), which is on the eligible-occupation list. Ask CAE what the duties actually are.
