Description
- Deliver instructor-led, blended, and simulator-based training programs for Defence personnel
- Prepare, facilitate, assess, and complete post-course administration activities
- Support trainee development by monitoring progress and providing feedback
- Use your technical expertise to maintain and improve training materials and course content.
- Work closely with Defence customers to ensure high-quality training outcomes.
- Trade qualification in an electrical, electronics, or related technical discipline.
- Previous Navy experience highly regarded, ideally within the Royal Australian Navy.
- Defence, military, or technical training experience preferred.
- Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122) or willingness to obtain.
- Must be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and therefore be an Australian Citizen
