Finance Manager

Are you an Qualified Finance Professional (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA), ideally with a practice background, ready to step into a senior, commercially focused role with real responsibility and where communication and stakeholder management is key?

We're recruiting a Finance Manager to act as the finance lead and Company Secretary across a portfolio of infrastructure projects. This is a high‑impact role where you'll operate as the equivalent of Finance Director at project level, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and Boards.
 
What you'll be doing

• Owning financial management, governance and statutory compliance for complex SPVs
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial model management
• Presenting to and advising Boards, funders and senior stakeholders
• Managing audits, tax, cash flows and shareholder distributions
• Playing a key role in commercial activity, variations and lifecycle spend

About you

• ACA or ACCA qualified (practice trained preferred)
• 4+ years post‑qualified experience
• Strong technical accounting and financial modelling skills
• Comfortable operating in a high‑governance, compliance‑driven environment
• Able to communicate confidently at senior and Board level
• Experience in infrastructure, PFI or asset management is beneficial but not essential — high‑calibre candidates from practice looking for a step into industry are strongly encouraged.
