SOC 1172 (85% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £43,000, and ACTION FOR CHILDREN SERVICES LIMITED is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 1232 (Residential, day and domiciliary care managers and proprietors, Registered Manager role for residential short breaks service). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.

How you'll help to create brighter futures
Let's talk about you.
Why Action for Children?
Every child should have a loving home, food, warmth, the chance to grow and learn - the support to cope with life’s challenges. But too many children don’t.
By bringing your passion and unique skills and experience, you’ll help us create change that really matters. And when we succeed, we’ll recognise what you did to make a difference.
We've been driven by love to take action for children for over 150 years, giving them the protection and practical help they need. A lot’s changed since 1869. But what children really need, hasn’t. So as long as children need us, we’ll be here.

Not necessarily. ACTION FOR CHILDREN SERVICES LIMITED holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 1172 going rate of £43,000. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
