Junior Key Account Manager

As a Junior KAM focused on our Currys partnership, you'll play a meaningful role in expanding our retail presence in the UK market from day one. Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and grow the Currys account through proactive relationship management — driving sales performance, executing joint business plans, and hitting revenue targets.
2. Analyse sales data and market trends to generate actionable insights, build accurate forecasts, and deliver clear, impactful reports to the Sales Leader.
3. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure promotional campaigns align seamlessly with inventory and logistics.
4. Support commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and supply terms — building trust and credibility with Currys stakeholders at every level.

What We're Looking For:

1. 1–3 years of sales, account management, or retail experience, with a solid understanding of Currys' buying process and commercial operations.
2. Passion for consumer electronics and a genuine interest in building a career in retail sales.
3. Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, generating forecasts, and turning numbers into business decisions.
4. Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder; confident engaging with internal teams and external partners alike.
5. Self-starter with a growth mindset — ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
