About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and well motivated individual to join the dietetic team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. This new post will provide the dietetic service to patients on Home Parenteral Nutrition within NHS Grampian and the post holder will work closely with the Multi-disciplinary team already working within this speciality.

This post will involve the Dietitian seeing patients while they are both in-patients and while they are attending out-patient clinics. The post-holder will be required to demonstrate improvements in patient care and safety and will help support effective use of resources. The post holder must have significant experience in data collection and in delivering education.

The dietetic department provides a supportive working environment and there will be CPD opportunities available. The dietetic team strive to deliver excellence in patient care and are involved in quality improvement and service development. We participate in undergraduate student training and work with dietetic colleagues across Grampian on shared professional developments and initiatives
