Lecturer in Electrical Installation

Location: Salisbury

Salary: Up to £22,061 per year, plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of £3,000 pro rata

What Youll Do
  • Teach and assess learners in Electrical Installation at a range of levels
  • Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons
  • Prepare students for industry, apprenticeships, and future progression
  • Maintain a safe, professional workshop and learning environment
  • Support learners confidence, skills and trade-ready knowledge
  • What Youll Bring

    • A Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation
    • Strong practical background in electrical installation or related electrical roles
    • Current knowledge of industry standards and practices
    • Teaching qualifications are welcomed but if you dont have one yet, well support you to achieve it while you work!)
