Job Introduction
An opportunity is available for an Operator to join the team based at Gloucester.
You may be involved in carrying out routine inspection, maintenance and repair of tools and PPE, assisting with the maintenance of stores and with the inspection of network assets as required. All necessary training will be provided.
To apply, you will need to hold English & Maths GCSE (1-9/G-A*) or equivalent qualification deemed to be at the same level in these subjects, such as Functional Skills.
Evidence of your qualifications will be required prior to appointment.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to assist the team in meeting its objectives.
Ideal Candidate
Being able to control a Fork Lift Truck would be an advantage but not essential. You will be able to work under your own initiative, in a safety critical environment. Support will be provided to obtain any missing requirements that the successful candidate will be expected to obtain.
You will need to be mobile throughout the area and stores/innovatory background would be advantageous.
Operationally we require you to live within approximately 40 minutes of the depot you are applying for.
