Overview
We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead / PMO Consultant to support a global Financial Crime enterprise standards gap assessment for a leading global payments and financial services organisation.
The successful candidate will provide strong PMO support across a complex, international programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and teams across multiple business units and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and agree the project timeline, including key working sessions, milestones and deliverables.
- Establish the status reporting cadence, key metrics, performance indicators and risk indicators.
- Identify key attendees, schedule governance forums and prepare agenda and meeting materials.
- Set up and maintain the RAID log, including clear escalation routes for issue resolution.
- Track completion of gap assessments across multiple business units and international markets.
- Draft summary reports covering gap assessment findings and implementation plans.
- Support the preparation and syndication of executive-level reporting across senior governance forums.
- Work closely with client teams completing the gap assessments, helping to consolidate responses and translate findings into clear executive-level reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong PMO Lead / PMO support experience within global financial institutions.
