Regional Marketing Manager NGP (UK Hybrid) Fixed-Term 12-months

UK Hybrid role, will require 2-3 days in Bristol each week.

In this position, you will work on Next Generation Products (NGP) across multiple regions, supporting market expansion, portfolio strategy, and commercial performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring strategy to life and influence key business decisions. Principle Accountabilities

• Collaborate with regional and market teams to align strategy with execution and business priorities
• Support planning & delivery of new market entries ensuring alignment with commercial and operational requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to deliver marketing and business objectives
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement
• Contribute to the development of regional strategies based on consumer, market, and business insights
• Share and adopt best practices to enhance effectiveness across markets

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in marketing, brand, or portfolio management in a commercial environment
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
• Experience using consumer and market insights to guide actions
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Adaptability and ability to operate in a dynamic, evolving environment
