Description
The Regulatory Litigation Solicitor will be:
* Leading complex regulatory and professional disciplinary investigations
* Developing case strategy and driving investigations through to resolution
* Leading multidisciplinary teams including lawyers, forensic specialists and legal assistants
* Analysing complex evidence and providing clear legal and strategic advice
* Instructing and working closely with counsel, external solicitors and independent experts
* Preparing cases for Tribunal proceedings and managing key elements of hearings
* Supervising and developing junior members of the legal team
Profile
The Regulatory Litigation Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor, barrister or equivalent with typically 5+ years PQE
* Experienced in litigation, disputes, contentious regulatory work or professional discipline
* Able to manage complex investigations and large volumes of evidence
* An excellent legal analyst with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable developing case strategy and making robust legal decisions
* Experienced in working with senior stakeholders, counsel and external experts
* Able to lead teams and support the development of more junior lawyers
* Motivated by complex regulatory work and matters with a genuine public interest impact

Job Offer
The role offers a salary of £91,100 alongside an excellent overall package including 30 days annual leave, flexible bank holidays, the ability to purchase additional leave and a generous 10% employer pension contribution.
