We are currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant- Loyalty Management to join our growing Salesforce practice and play a key role in delivering innovative loyalty solutions for global clients.
Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify software needs.
Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored software solutions.
Provide expertise on software functionality, features, and potential limitations.
Design and present software solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
Collaborate with software developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
Oversee the software customization and configuration process to meet client specifications.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective software adoption.
Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of software applications.
Stay current with the latest software trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting.
- Hands-on experience with software development and documentation.
- Familiarity with software deployment and project lifecycle management.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud (Salesforce Loyalty Management), including implementation, configuration, and support of loyalty programs.
