We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to help deliver meaningful, effective digital experiences for a leading brand within an integrated agency environment. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping and delivering website and digital platform projects, working closely with clients and talented creative, strategy, UX and production teams.

You’ll be responsible for taking projects from brief through to delivery, bringing together different disciplines to create digital experiences that are useful, engaging and aligned to both customer and business needs. What you'll be doing...

• Lead day-to-day client relationships, building strong partnerships through clear communication, strategic thinking and dependable delivery
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of website, digital platform and broader digital experience projects
• Translate client briefs and business objectives into clear project plans, working closely with creative, strategy, UX/UI, technology and production teams
• Help shape digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging and focused on the needs of the end user
• Work with clients to understand their digital challenges and identify opportunities to improve their websites, platforms and customer journeys
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring projects remain on track, on budget and to a high standard
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow accounts through proactive thinking, strong relationships and a good understanding of the client's wider business
• Support integrated delivery across digital, social, content and broader brand activity where relevant
• Bring curiosity and a commercially minded approach to every project, looking for ways to improve both the work and the client relationship

Skills we're looking for...

• Experience managing website, digital platform or digital experience projects within an agency environment
• Strong client management skills, with the ability to build trusted and lasting relationships
• Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and coordinating creative, strategy, UX/UI, technology and production teams
• Good understanding of how websites and digital platforms are planned, developed and delivered
• Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to connect digital activity to wider customer and business objectives
• Confident translating complex briefs into clear actions and bringing different teams together to deliver
• Interest or experience across wider integrated channels such as social, content, CRM or brand
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects from brief through to delivery
• Clear, collaborative communication style, with the confidence to challenge, advise and add value to clients
• Naturally curious about digital, technology and how brands can create better experiences for their audiences
